the location was very convenient i could easily walk to nearby restaurants and bars. the pool offered a relaxing escape. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and met my expectations for a comfortable stay.
i noticed a slight smell from the drains at times though i quickly became accustomed to it

I thought the location was excellent (it's close to everything!). the staff were helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions. the pool was a great size and very clean too.
the breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but what they had was tasty.

The pool had four slides. Two in shallow areas and two in deeper areas. there is a large aquarium in the lobby and dining area providing entertainment for children. the hotel offers great service.

the hotel is in the city center making it easy to get around. it's near entertainment venues and still maintains quiet nights, a major advantage.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool IS amazing (three slides!). My room was very comfy. Breakfast had a great selection, with different dishes daily and everything tasted delicious. This IS one of the best places and value for money!
The gym equipment could use some maintenance. One of the treadmills was out of service, limiting workout options during peak hours.

The pool was lovely (i spent most of my time there). Staff members were always ready to help. The location is great, close to many things.
The room did not smell very good. I found the shower in the bedroom a bit strange. The toilet was virtually in the bedroom, contributing to the smell.

The staff offered excellent service. The swimming pool looked very inviting. The location is great. It is close to shops and good food.
The shower drain was blocked. It flooded our room. At check out, there was no apology (I found it surprising). The girl on the desk was rude.

The gym had good equipment and a nice layout. A great sunbathing area existed near the pool. I liked the location, I could walk everywhere. The room was good.
